  4. Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, we are licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission. We encourage you to visit their website, http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/PUC/transportation/passengers to verify the status of any transportation company you are considering in California. There, you will find the license status and insurance information you require.

  5. What about your chauffeurs?

    Our chauffeurs go through extensive training to meet our standards, and in addition, we require random drug and alcohol screening. Our chauffeurs also have a thorough knowledge of the area. In addition, they will always be professionally uniformed and groomed.

  6. What are your airport pickup procedures?

    With hundreds of airports worldwide, there are almost as many procedures for meeting passengers. Normally, the chauffeur will be in the baggage claim area with a sign with the passenger name. If this is different in the city you are travelling to, we will include the meeting procedures on your confirmation. In addition, we can arrange for an airport representative to assist you with both arrivals and departures for a nominal fee.
